Magic Maze, a real-time cooperative game
The conquest of Mars began many years ago. Scientific progress has led to significant advances: cows have acclimatized very well, and bananas benefit from the radiant sunshine to develop a delicious taste.
In this idyllic setting, you and your team must rush to deliver various goods all over the planet Mars. Magic Maze, a shared, time-limited objective
Players have a very limited time to complete their mission. If the hourglass runs out before all the goods have been delivered, the game is lost for everyone.
And as if the time pressure weren't enough, the game prohibits communication. This makes collaboration more complicated. For most of the game, the only means of communication allowed are:
staring intently at another player
placing the "Do something!" token » (the big red pawn) in front of a player to signal that it's their turn to act.
Magic Maze, a game with scenarios. One of Magic Maze's greatest strengths lies in the scenarios offered. The game offers players numerous scenarios of varying difficulty, each with their own unique characteristics.
This allows players to play for hours without falling into a routine that would diminish their interest in the game. Magic Maze's gameplay is therefore optimal.
